ReplyAI mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Application").
The Application is provided by freeweb (hereinafter referred to as
"Service Provider") and is available for free.
Information We Collect
The Application collects and uses the following information.
Device ID: We obtain a device ID through anonymous
authentication (Firebase Authentication) and store it in Firestore to
prevent unauthorized use of the Application. Authentication
information is not displayed to users.
User Settings: We store default tone (formal, casual,
friendly, with emoji, polite), scene (romance, business, friend,
daily, family), and relationship (lover, friend, boss, colleague,
first meeting, family) on the device.
Usage History: We store AI reply generation history
(maximum 50 items) on the device. History includes extracted text,
conversation context, reply suggestions, generation date/time,
selected scene, and relationship.
Favorites: We store favorited reply suggestions on
the device.
Usage Data: We collect usage data through Google
Analytics 4 (GA4) to improve Application functionality.
Cookies / Ad Identifiers: For ad delivery
optimization, AdMob may use tracking with cookies and ad identifiers.
Purpose of Information Use
Preventing Unauthorized Application Use: We use
device IDs to detect and prevent inappropriate use.
Improving Application Features: We analyze usage data
to enhance application usability.
Ad Delivery: We deliver appropriate ads through
AdMob.
AI Reply Generation: We send uploaded images and text
to the AI API to generate optimal reply suggestions.
Image Data Handling
The Application does not store uploaded images on the Application
server. Images are used only for AI reply generation and are sent to the
OpenAI API. After reply generation, images are processed according to
the API provider's (OpenAI) privacy policy and are not stored on the
Application side.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses the following third-party services, and each
service's privacy policy applies.
Firebase Authentication: We use it to obtain device
IDs through anonymous authentication.

Data Storage Locations
On Device: User settings, usage history (maximum 50
items), and favorites are stored on the device where the Application
is installed.
Firestore: Only device IDs are stored.
OpenAI: Image data is temporarily sent for AI reply
generation but is not stored on the Application side.
Google: GA4 and AdMob data is stored on Google
servers.
Data Retention
On-Device Data: Stored while the Application is
installed. All data is deleted when the Application is uninstalled.
Firestore Data: Device IDs are stored persistently.
Google Data: GA4 and AdMob data is stored and deleted
according to Google's policy.
OpenAI Data: Image data is processed according to
OpenAI's policy.
Your Rights
Users have the following rights.
Delete History: You can delete all usage history from
within the Application's settings.
Delete Favorites: You can delete all favorites from
within the Application's settings.
Uninstall Application: Uninstalling the Application
will delete all data on the device.
Request Data Access/Deletion: If you have requests
such as device ID deletion, please contact us at the address below.
Cookies and Ad Identifiers
The Application uses Google Analytics 4 and AdMob for ad delivery and
usage analytics, and may automatically collect user information.
Tracking using cookies and ad identifiers may be performed.
Authentication
The Application uses anonymous authentication (Firebase Authentication).
Authentication information is not displayed to users. Device IDs are
obtained to prevent unauthorized use of the Application.
Children's Privacy
The Application does not knowingly collect or use personal information
from children under 13. If we discover that personal information has
been provided by a child under 13, we will immediately delete it from
our servers. Parents or guardians who are aware that their child has
provided personal information should contact the Service Provider at the
address below so that necessary action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality
of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic,
and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and
maintained.
Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time as necessary. When
changes are made, this page will be updated to notify you. Continued use
of the Application is deemed consent to the updated Privacy Policy.
